Primena perlita i otpada od proizvodnje papira za proizvodnju cementnog clinkera

Apstrakt

Proučavana je mogućnost proizvodnje cementno klinkera u integrisanu upotrebu prirodnih sirovina vulkanskog porekla i otpada iz proizvodnje papira (obim). Sprovedena je analiza zavisnosti sastava sirovinske smeše na osnovu sistemske krede-perlit-opse a od navedenih karakteristika cementa pomoću posebno razvijeno računarskog programa "Klinker". Sastav početne smeše a proizvodnju cementnog klinkera određen je kvantitativnim odnosom perlita: opseg= 1:3,5 je ispitan. Prikazane su karakteristike formiranja faznog sastava i svojstva veziva tokom pečenja sirove smeše u opsegu maksimalnih temperatura 1200-1400 0C.
