Analysis of the Influence of Technological Factors on Free Water Separation During Production of Oil-Well Cement in Industrial Conditions

Apstrakt

At the article present results of production studies that were carried out on cement tube mills with ball loading in open and closed cycles, which produced oil-well cement without additives (PCTI-100). In the article analyze factors that may affect the further properties of the finished product, and especially the water separation of the cement obtained during grinding. For this purpose, after processing the experimental data were obtained correlation coefficients. During analyzing the correlation coefficients can see that in order to achieve the normalized water separation index, it is necessary to adhere to the corresponding values ​​of the specific surface area of ​​​​the cement, gypsum stone and hemihydrate gypsum. Considering the results obtained in a closed cycle, as opposed to open cycle grinding, can conclude that in order to achieve normalized cement water separation index, it is necessary to ensure also a sufficient specific surface area of ​​the cement and SO3 content. Obtained regression equations for predicting free water separation. The analyze shows factors which have the big impact to the free water separation.
